How "waterproof" is this drive? If it's on me when I'm swimming will it be fine? How about scuba diving? How many meters is it rated to? REPLY: these things are proof against damp,diving is not what they have in mind, they would probably be ok but no guarantee. To be sure, go for one that specifies a standard for waterproofing, there are 2 to look for, waterproof to MIL-STD-810F means it has been tested to an immersion of 1m, IP68 means it will go deeper than 1m. The IronKey is waterproof to MIL-STD-810F don't know of an ip68 one, it would be expensive though for that kind of guarantee, unless the data is super critical, I'd back it up and chance you hand with a cheaper one if it was me.

As of IronKey Release 1.3, IronKey devices support Mac OS X (10.4+). IronKey devices do not include applications that run on Mac OS X and can only be used for encrypted storage on that platform.
